What you'll do

A little bit of everything, with one clear priority

This is a generalist role. Your week can include a partner call, a support audit, a competitor teardown and a new retention email. The most important part is below.

Priority #1

Win back users who stop paying

Our churn is high right now and we do almost nothing with people who cancel. You'll own this. Design the win-back flows, launch them, measure them and keep improving them.

  • Find out why people leave: cancel surveys, calls, usage data
  • Build win-back sequences across email, in-app, SMS and calls
  • Test offers, timing and messaging, and report what works
  • Earn a bonus as a percentage of the revenue you recover

Run partner calls

Get on calls with the agencies, affiliates and partners we work with. Check if they bring results and agree on clear next steps.

Improve reviews and support

Optimize how our support agents ask for reviews in chat. Read conversations, check they talk to users well, and coach them on what to do better.

Close API and white-label deals

Find and pitch partners who want to use Store Pilot through our API or sell it under their own brand.

Turn what you hear from users, partners and competitors into concrete feature proposals for the product team.

Who you are

Someone who figures things out

We don't need a specialist. We need a person who thinks fast, knows a bit of everything, and understands how online stores make money.

Must have

  • SaaS experienceYou know MRR, churn, activation and retention, and you've worked on moving them.
  • E-commerce understandingYou know how Shopify, dropshipping and product pages work, ideally from running a store.
  • Generalist mindsetComfortable jumping from a partner call to a data sheet to a support chat in one day.
  • Builder skillsYou can set up an automation or a simple internal tool yourself using AI, no-code or code.
  • AI in your daily workYou use tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor every day to research, write, analyse and build faster.
  • Fluent EnglishClear on calls and in writing, with partners and with our team.

  • You've built a win-back or lifecycle flowAnd you can show us the numbers before and after.
  • Partnership or BD dealsAPI integrations, white-label, affiliate or agency partnerships.
  • You've managed or coached a support teamYou know what a good chat conversation looks like.

Pay

A fixed salary, and upside when you deliver

Base $3,000 / month

Paid monthly. Full-time, remote.

Recovery bonus % of MRR

A percentage of the revenue you win back from churned users. The better your flows work, the more you earn.
